Schools are adding and revamping classes on the meltdown, its roots and consequences. Professors say they want students to avoid repeating mistakes blamed for the blow-up.

Among the class lessons: Question assumptions behind financial models. Probe for better information about complex products. Don't let greed motivate decisions. Better understand the role of regulatory agencies and governments.

Schools began introducing these themes last school year, but now are incorporating them more systematically. "It would be a mistake to go into the classroom in today's world and not offer very serious reflection of these issues," says Stuart Gabriel, a finance professor at UCLA's Anderson School of Management. Students need "an understanding of the profound earthquake that has rumbled through these areas."

A leading topic at many campuses: financial modeling.

As a result of the crisis, professional investors and analysts were criticized for not adequately considering potential flaws in the assumptions behind their models.

Your task will be to

• frame answers and articles based on queries of our clients,
• answer questions via email, website, phone, or mail
• help clients in arriving at decisions for buying, selling, renting, or investing
• take clients for site visits and
• help develop a knowledge base of prices/availability/development of NCR real estate.

Candidates should have experience and knowledge of the current real estate market, and should subscribe to the ethos "customer is the boss."

Your job will be to update the various websites in our growing porfolio. You will

• read the daily newspapers,
• magazines,
• scan the web, and
• interact with other offices/organizations

  for collecting information on sports, politics, personalities, tourism, local issues of many cities, and various other topics.

You will be operating out of our offices in Sector 23/Palam Vihar, Gurgaon, and be working full-time. Should have your own conveyance, and the initiative to drive into the city or cyberspace in search for articles and stories. A journalistic flair for writing is strongly desired but not necessary.

There are some papers in Marathi that are available online, and we need people to be able to read, see the interesting stories, and be able to translate and summarize for posting on the sites.
